Throw in blends of hip-hop, soul, punk and grime, and you have a radiant mix of sublime sunshine.
“This Town” from their critically acclaimed 2015 album FM, It’s an ode to their native city and features Brixton reggae singer Tippa Irie and 30+ year reggae veteran Horseman.
Look for the release of their new album Swimming Lessonssometime this spring 2019 on Easy Star Records.
Back in 2005, The Skints were just friends in high school who shared a love for the London underground punk and ska music scene. After forming their sound in 2007, they’ve gone from playing parties and tiny stages to mainstays on the festival scene worldwide.
The Skints original brand of “tropical punk” has seen them evolve into one of the hardest working and most respected bands in music.
